  • Weekly breathwork is ideal to build momentum and deepen the impact. You’ll feel the difference from a single session—but real shifts often come through sustained practice. The 5- and 10-session passes are designed for this journey.

  • You may feel physical sensations, emotion rising or releasing, spacious stillness, or even deep insight. Every session is unique—your system brings forward what’s ready, and your breath supports it to move.

  • Breathwork is for professionals, leaders, and anyone seeking more clarity, emotional release, and inner alignment. It’s especially powerful if you’re navigating stress, feeling stuck, or wanting a more grounded way to grow.

  • Nothing at all. Everything is provided—mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions. Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothes, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • Not at all. Each session meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to inner work or have done therapy, coaching, or meditation before, breathwork works at the level your system is ready for.

  • You’ll lie down in a calm space, with low lighting and curated music. I guide you gently through a breathing rhythm that’s simple and powerful. There’s no pressure to perform—your breath leads the way, and I support the experience throughout.

  • Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing to release tension, access deeper emotional layers, and restore balance in the body and nervous system. It bypasses the thinking mind and supports natural self-regulation, clarity, and emotional release.

  • Group sessions are 75 minutes, of which you’ll be breathing about 45-50 minutes. Once you’ve entered your breathing cycle, we can lose track of time and enter a profoundly deep state that is timeless. It’s common for people to comment on how quickly it felt the session went.

  • That’s completely okay. This space is designed to hold emotional release with care and safety. You’ll never be pushed—everything unfolds at your pace, and I’m there to support you throughout.
